We appreciate your interest in our services. By hiring Us, and signing up as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

Payment and Billing
Customer can make payment at our website through the following methods:

PayPal - mainly we use this payment gateway, as it is hassle free and popular. Those who dont have a paypal account, can still pay through the gateway using a credit card or a debit card.

Bank Transfers - this is only for the Indian customers, they can make a payment using bank transfer (Citibank).

Revision cycles
Revision cycles generally consist of 2-3 additional compositions that incorporate changes requested by the client in the Revision Brief. The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the client. However Dawinchi reserves the right to charge extra for each Revision which is different from the initial concept. No revision work, which requires payment, will be started without authorization from Client.

Overtime and rushed orders
If you want a quick turnaround time of less than 1 business day for your logo, we will charge extra in addition to the package that you have chosen.

Refunds
We at Dawinchi offer money back guarantee for the convenience of our clients. Our refund policy is as follows;

You are entitled to 80% money back incase you donot like our initial concepts. If you ask for more concepts after the initial concepts you will be entitled to only 50% money back, unless otherwise negotiated.  The refund policy doesnt hold valid in the following cases

  • If you have ordered revision to any one of the initial concepts
  • If you do not respond to our mails (of logo concepts or feedback) for a period of 10days without prior notice – the order is automatically cancelled and no refund will be made
  • If you do not respond to our mails (of logo concepts or feedback) for a period of 15days without prior notice – the order is automatically cancelled and you will need to re pay for the logo package to resume work

Final Deliveries
1. Upon completion of your project, your final files will be sent via email for immediate use.
2. You will receive your logo files in a vector format (AI, EPS) and high resolution TIFF (print-ready) and in to web-ready file formats (JPEG, GIFF). Additional files are available upon request.

Ownership/Copyrights
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final logo become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. Dawinchi retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of Dawinchi. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created.

Trademarks and Service marks
Dawinchi expects the Client to perform research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and to secure a trademark or service mark to protect the Client’s legal rights to any name or logo. Dawinchi is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or logo. We do take as much precaution we can to prevent similarities in existing logos, but we can never be 100% sure. We are only a designing company that fulfills the designing needs of the client, sometime from their approach and ideas.
